Hello! I am Ms. Gilchrist or Ms. G! This will be my second year as an educator in IUSD and at Northwood Elementary. I am so excited to be part of the first grade team again! I was a student athlete and received my bachelor's degree in Exercise and Sports Science with a minor in Psychology. Later, I went back to school to earn my teaching credential and my masters in education at Concordia University, Irvine.  I have a strong passion and love for all kids and want to be the person to change their life. My favorite things to do include working out, going out to eat, and enjoying Yogurtland!
